Dr. William Tatum is a board certified neurologist with additional years of training beyond that of a traditional neurologist in the field of epilepsy. Dr. Tatum was one of the first physicians in Tampa Bay to specialize in the treatment of epilepsy. By specializing in the treatment of epilepsy, Dr. Tatum is able to offer his patients the state-of-the art treatments for epilepsy, including investigational drugs through his clinical research division, vagal nerve stimulation (VNS) as well as epilepsy surgery.
